PARENT COMMITTEES
We need parent volunteers to lead and serve on each one. More information to come on all of these committees!
Attached in these two buttons are opportunities to volunteer for the final weeks of our musical. If you can donate to the concessions, or if you can serve as a backstage helper, or serve at a booth for show night,
Tickets- Assign tickets as orders come in. Write seat numbers on tickets This is a gigantic job and requires a great committee who'll work as a team! Required-two leaders who work well together to serve as Chairpersons.
Hair and Makeup- Schedule volunteers to help with stage make up and hairdo's for the characters of the show. Needs to have people for the photo/dress rehearsal days, as well as performance days.
Concessions- Organize the donations/purchases and run the concession stand at the night performances, Thursday and Friday. Request donations for the show, and collect/organize them the Saturday before the show.
Photography- Secure photographer, organize candids of the show, and print them for the photo raffle at performance nights.
Costumes- Measure, organize, and order the costumes for the musical. Should also be available for the week before the performances to organize the costumes when students use them, and organize a team of parents to assist.
Candygrams-- Create and organize the Candygrams that students send to each other. Selling them at lunch time and on the show nights is a part of the responsibility.
Props- Request, collect, and organize the props for the show. This committee has to be creative and resourceful.
If you are unable to share your time and talents on the committees, you can help the production by donating gift cards to WalMart, Target, Meijer's, Costco, Sam's Club, or Hobby Lobby to help pay for added supplies. Average donations have ranged from $25 to $50 dollars, but any gift is welcome.
